![]() ━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━ There had been a lot going on lately, and she didn't like it. Mostly because she still didn't fully understand it all, and that made everything all confusing and made her brain hurt. It didn't help that her attention span was that of a gnat so even when the adults were talking about it, she usually saw something off in the distance and tune out, missing half of the explanation anyway. She fell silent as she entered the area, looking around hesitantly before instantly rushing over to Cupid and nuzzling herself under his arm, laying down there if he let her. She was scared and confused, but found comfort with her father. She glanced up at him for a moment, before looking back over at Tyr, waiting patiently to see what was going to happen. ━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━

![]() ━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━ He sighed softly as he sat in the back, falling silent and simply watching. His eyes were narrowed and his features shadowed, simply observing. That was all he had been doing this whole time, watching and waiting. He flicked his tail for a moment before letting it settle across his front paws, eyes flicking up to look upon Tyr. This was a man he hadn't really met before, though his name was popular among the pack. However he couldn't help but wonder where they leader had gone. He flicked his gaze around for a moment, humming to himself in thought. Everyone seemed distraught and confused, and though he personally had no stakes in this pack except for the one woman he was here for, he figured he might as well give them the respect of attending to the meeting. ━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━
RE: Buffing gold until it shines again - Sovereign - 2/1/2025 Sovereign felt that there was change coming. She had felt it for a while, since Queen Freya, in Sov's eyes, seemed to have withdrawn and become more vague on some things... And now as Tyr called for the whole of the pack, the Shieldmaiden very quickly made her way to the rendezvous of bodies, noting to herself the strangeness that the God had called, and not the Goddess Queen who had banded them all together. She noted several were here before her own arrival, but shoving her self-criticism aside for ''being late'' as she thought she was (even if she wasn't), the young woman found herself a space to watch and listen for Tyr's coming words. Confusion knit itself on her features; Where was Queen Freya? Raihn, even Sylvi?! So many faces, she noted, were not present now...even their scents seemed to be fading faster than she thought was ever possible. Immediately, Sovereign would assume something was up. In her young mind, It would be seen, if it was worth it to stick around - but her loyalty had been to Freya, and by extension Tyr...so, she would do her best to help build them back up. But if Tyr ended up leaving, too...Sovereign couldn't fathom staying if that happened. She would be forced to go elsewhere then, to find another pack...Sovereign hoped she wouldn't have to try to start her own - she wasn't ready! Or so she felt about herself. Shaking her head softly but firmly, Sovereign focused her attention on Tyr. RE: Buffing gold until it shines again - Lilja - 3/12/2025 ⊰ Skill Point ― n/a ⊱
Lilja sits at the edge of the group, looking in on the destruction that has befallen their numbers. So few remained of the once 30 strong pack. Can their numbers ever be rekindled? She hoped. But for now she simply waited, watching the man of blue and gold eagerly, fearfully. Was this the end of them? RE: Buffing gold until it shines again - Asgeir - 3/12/2025 「 Skill Point ― n//a 」
His mother was gone, his siblings? gone. Asgeir approached the small group with a wariness that he did not often present, saddling up next to his brother as the unease of the atmosphere left him silent and watching. What was going on? RE: Buffing gold until it shines again - Tyr - 3/12/2025 ![]() 「 Skill Point ― Orator 」
Numbers steadily trickled in but it was apparent how many they had lost. While it sent an ache to his chest, Tyr suffocated the feeling and hardened his skin. With a swallow, he nodded at the group, a grim seriousness plastered across his face.
As you can see, we have lost many.he started, it was obvious. They would all be grieving the loss. At this uncertain time, I am glad to still see you all standing here. Thank you, I really cannot express this enough. The suffocated ache throbbed, ebbing and flowing as he looked upon his children and the adults that remained, watching, waiting for his every word. The gods have made their choice, one that we must accept no matter how hard it may seem. The others are safe, no doubt, within the realm of the immortal.he couldn't verify it, however he was a believer. It came with the practice and he knew it would be difficult to accept. What I called you here for today, was to ask for your loyalty. Freya is no longer with us, and to that we need someone to unify those that remain. I offer myself, in hopes that you will offer me the same fealty. We are to be born anew with this changing tide, and I hope that you will help me, us, take this opportuntiy to succeed. The male paused, looking between his companions in hopes to find something telling. To give him a chance. Skjoldrheim. That is who I plan for us to be, the home of the shields.his voice came off hard, proud even, We are strong, even in such a time of grief and loss. You all coming here today is proof enough that you wish for us to succeed when we are offered a difficult hand.Never in his life had he felt so much fear as he did in that moment, his jaw ticked, teeth clenched for a brief moment as he reflected on those they had lost. Too many, but there were still so many left that he could not abandon them. He would never abandon them. He cast his gaze onto the hoard he felt a unity that would not waver and the strangest thing happened, a smile broke on his maw. With that sign, he drove his point home, a fire ignited in his chest. With you all by my side, I know we can defy the odds. |
