Her eyes narrowed and the man smiled a little, softly and amused, the girl introduced herself as Onaria and Creole dipped his head in greeting. She judged him with a simple You dont look okay… and went on to explain that her sister Lithe often looked the way he did and she knew what sad looked like.
Creole frowned just a tiny bit, his facade melting away as citrine eyes shifted to the waters edge at his feet for a moment and she asked why he was sad…
He bit his lip gentle, nibbling on the onyx lines as he sighed and felt shoulders drop as everything fell away except the truth.
I… I miss my wife and my daughter… They disappeared a long time ago and I haven’t heard from them or seen them in so long…Creole admitted, The Dragon loosing all sense of emotions except the most apparent one.
