She'd convince herself even if she couldnt' convince anyone else.
Her dainty cream paws continued to carry her forward as she plunged ahead with a few memories of her youth bouncing around. She still wasn't sure how she'd come to the mountains, or when, only that she was making the best of her situation. It had to be for something good. It simply had to be. She willed it to be positive, and so it would be.
The moonlight shifted gradually, and she didn't quite notice at first. The tint of the snow wasn't quite blue, but a shade of violet at first. Her nose prickled as she blinked at it. It must be some trick of the light. With that in mind she moved on still, studying the shadows with wide curious blue eyes. Eventually, pausing to look up at the full moon itself as it's rose-tint color intensified.
That was definitely peculiar. It made her own rose-warm fur glisten all the more, all but the soft creams that highlighted her form were deepend to a pleasant blush. She felt compelled to investigate further, though she didn't quite know where to look. Was it a trick of the clouds? Of the atmosphere? Were there dancing sky lights doing this?
Ultimately she came to a pause, one paw lifted, staring upward. She felt giddy, in a way.
