Those who boast keen eyesight may even be able to glimpse the remnants of those long passed; perhaps ancient creatures frozen in time, or paintings from an era forgotten.

Frostfang Vale is hard to find - unless one knows where to look in the trees and mountains.
Northfall

The peaks of Northfall are a mountain which rests along the northern coasts. Frosted by snow year round, the mountains are bitter cold in the winter and pleasantly mild in the summer. With the sea winds from the east and the tundra to the north, the land is typically never without a good breeze. In the east the mountain plummets unto rocky and dark beaches to meet the choppy and icy ocean waters. A fjord snake's its way through the southern portion of the mountain, creating the life-water which spiders through the land. While the upper elevations are mostly snow, ice and rock, the lower reaches are dotted with various evergreens and at the foothills to the south support a lush coniferous forest. Mountain goats and sheep are common in these mountains and in the forest below, caribou herds and moose graze.

A daunting view when roaming through the Taiga forest, one can find themselves standing over a sheer drop to the chilling ocean. While there isn’t a way to get to the water, most would not wish to, as their murky depths are home to plenty of dangerous sea life hidden beneath the waves. There is a rumor that this place was once a secret meeting place for star-crossed lovers - whether that is true or not, it has become a symbol of promise to meet again.

Fishing is easy and plentiful here, with a slightly warmer median temperature making this a popular spot for many to find food and rest. However, one mustn’t grow too comfortable here, for the harsh counter to this easy living during the day is met with the harsh reality of its brutal frigid nights and cruel winds, with the latter cutting across the tundra like knives against minimal coverage.
